Source of medical truth.

Clinical knowledge kept current by Hela agents and verified by Hela humans — evidence attached, built for the decisions you make with patients.

Medicine keeps changing. Care has to keep up.

Hela agents check every claim against its sources, around the clock. Hela humans — named clinician editors — decide what changes. Structure, context and evidence stay together as medicine evolves.

Hela is named for Helianthus, the sunflower — where every new seed takes its place in the whole.

A knowledge layer
for medicine.

Today — Hela maintains clinical concepts — conditions, drugs, thresholds — with their evidence, review state and version lineage. Hela agents keep every claim checked against its sources; Hela humans — named clinicians — decide what changes.

Toward — a layer other clinical surfaces can build on: EHRs, prescribing tools, patient apps. In progress, not yet live.

02 Ask
Can I start semaglutide in a woman with PCOS who is on the combined pill?

Yes. Semaglutide does not meaningfully change combined-pill exposure. Tirzepatide does — add a barrier method for 4 weeks after starting and after each dose increase. Counsel her to stop semaglutide at least two months before trying to conceive.
